Accounting professionals must take part in the Continuing Professional Education Program (PEPC), under Brazilian Accounting Standard NBC PG 12 (R3).

"Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is the activity aimed at maintaining, updating and expanding the technical and professional knowledge and competencies, the multidisciplinary skills, and the social, moral and ethical standards of accounting professionals — characteristics essential to the quality of services provided and to full compliance with the standards governing the accounting profession."

In general, for independent auditors duly registered with the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI) of the Federal Accounting Council (CFC) and with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), participation and proof of compliance is mandatory.

A minimum of 40 (forty) hours per year of participation in knowledge-building events is required, spread across courses, training sessions, lectures, symposiums, conferences and other approved formats.

Beyond a professional requirement, Audipec Auditoria is committed to fostering and disseminating a culture of training among its staff, promoting continuing education for accounting professionals and seeking to expand partnerships with industry associations, ensuring the constant evolution of accounting and audit expertise.
